Dear Audrey and Shilo,

I have to write right away to tell you how much we appreciated everything about working with you on Sarah's and our family's photos. First, the pictures were unbelievably wonderful! Never did Sarah and I expect EVERY one to be so exceptional. It is clear that this is your genius coming through, Audrey, and we really appreciate such a delightful surprise for Sarah's once-in-a-lifetime senior photo experience. We did not realize that this would seem like such a big deal, but in a way, it is--it's a time for everyone to fuss over Sarah. Thank you, thank you for allowing us to benefit from your artistic gifts.

The photo session was delightful, too--and you even came all the way to Boulder, on a holiday--early--to make the scheduling work out. It was herioc. Thank you. We will also never forget how you went along with my crazy failed idea to sit in the tall grass, which I'm sure you knew would fail, or how you took beautiful photos of Allie, too, so she wouldn't feel left out...or how you stood waist-deep in the irrigation ditch to get photos of Sarah on the bridge! You are awesome!

You are also really professional in a business sense and obviously thought about how to give your clients the best possible experience. Shilo, you were wonderful about being patient and so helpful in going through all the photos, the those warm chocolate chip cookies!! Unbelievable. You created a warm, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and took all the stress out of the day and the situation. We appreciated your advice, too, in the selection process.

The whole experience was off the satisfaction scale. On a scale of 10, you all get a 100! We will tell everyone we know about your wonderful skill and the delightful experience we had with you.

And we loved the DVD set to music!
